Continuous Rotary Dryer
The Continuous Rotary Dryer is used to dry in the different material. which rotates on 4 Nos. Rollers, fixed with the shaft, Roller Bearing & Bearing Block. A Girth Gear is also fixed on the dryer,. The dryer, are rolled to maximum tolerance & are sufficiently strong to accept reasonable overloads and thermal Stresses. At the feeding end of the dryer, a Nodule Extuding Feeder is fitted, in witch, a cutter is fitted for cutting the extuded material and discharge the same into the feed end of the dryer and The material moves forward for drying.
A Spiral Flight Feeding system has been provided at the Feeding end of the dryer, for easy forwarding movement of the material. A number of Lifters of different sizes and shapes are fixed inside the dryer shell. A discharging chamber with discharging chute is fixed at the discharge end of the dryer. An outlet Pipe is fitted on the top of the Discharge chamber which can be connected with the Chimney for removing Hot Air during Drying. A spiral type tube Heat Exchanger is fitted on the outer surface of the Rotary dryer, for generating heat inside the dryer, The insulation has been provided to prevent radiation of heat from the outside of the dryer shell.
